To check your JKBOSE 10th result 2024 online, you need to follow the steps given below, irrespective of the zone you belong to:
- Visit the JKBOSE official website.
- Click on the “Result” tab in the Menu bar above.

- Enter your roll number, registration number, and captcha code.

Calculation Criteria
Generally, the following factors contribute to the calculation of the student’s JKBOSE 10th result every year:
- Based on the student’s performance in their Class 9 examinations, including both their half-yearly and annual examinations.
- Based on the student’s internal assessment and assignment submissions throughout the year, including their participation in class activities, their completion of homework assignments, and their performance in projects.
- Based on the student’s performance in the 3 practice tests conducted in Class 10th. The two highest scores from these practice tests will be counted for each subject.
Passing Marks
The following passing criteria for the JKBOSE 10th result 2024 determines whether the student has successfully qualified for their Board Exams. If they fail to fulfil the criteria in any subject by 6 marks, they are also awarded grace marks:
- Students need to score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject.
- Students need to score 33% marks in aggregate in 5 compulsory subjects (excluding optional subjects).
- For theory and practical exams, students need to have a minimum of 33% marks in each.

Students need to fill out the scrutiny application form online and submit an application fee along with the necessary documents to the nearest Sub/Branch office.
The JK Board website will display the re-evaluation results around September 2024 in a downloadable PDF format. Students can also request a photocopy of their re-evaluated answer sheets by applying to the Board with an application fee.
Compartment Exams
Students who fail in 1-2 subjects in their JKBOSE 10th Result 2024 can take Compartment Exams around September 2024. They can apply through their schools, and JKBOSE will release an official notification on its website containing all the exam details. The results of the Compartment exams will be out in October 2024 (tentative).
