NLSAT FAQs 2023

The NLSAT 2023 question paper comprises two parts, i.e. Part A and Part B. Part A will consist of multiple choice questions and only those candidates who qualify for Part A will have their Part B responses evaluated. Part B will consist of subjective questions. 

The NLSAT 2023 exam is of 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes). 

The total number of marks is 150. Candidates will get 1 mark each for every correct answer and one-fourth of the marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer in the objective section. 

The NLSAT paper consists of English comprehension, Current Affairs (part A and part B), Critical reasoning and Legal aptitude.

The English Comprehension section comprises synonyms, idioms, spotting errors, sentence correction, parts of speech and sentence re-arrangement.

The Current Affair section has Part A and Part B. Part A consists of national and international news, historical events of significance and arts and culture. Part B consists of essay writing in which the candidates will have to write an essay on any of the three options provided to them. 

The candidates appearing for the NLSAT 2023 exam can prepare in one month as well. The candidates should be well aware of the syllabus and must have prepared the main topics beforehand. In the last month, the students should only revise the different topics.

The total number of seats is only sixty (60) therefore, the students should stay updated with the latest developments in the relevant fields to gain an edge over the competition.
