GNDU GMET Merit List 2023 will be released by Guru Nanak Dev University to display the list of candidates who are shortlisted for the counselling session. The merit List 2023 will be released after the declaration of GNDU GMET Results. GNDU conducted the management entrance exam to take MBA admissions at GNDU Business School

GNDU GMET Merit List

The merit list is released online on the official website of Guru Nanak Dev University. The candidates whose names are there on the merit list are called in for the counselling process. If students do not report for counselling on the due date the vacant seats are filled by releasing another merit list.  

The merit list will be released online. The exam will be held sometime in the first week of July 2023 and the Merit List can be expected by the end of July 2023 or the First week of August 2023.

How to Download the Merit List?

The GNDU GMET Merit List will be made available online on the university website. The candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to download the latest GNDU GMET Merit List. 

  1. Visit the GNDU Official Website: Click Here 
  2. Go to the Examination Section.
  3. Select the Merit List tab that appears in the quick links section on the left. 
  4. Select Post Graduate (Annual Session) course option.
  5. A new window will open.  
  6. Select the course. 
  7. Enter details like exam roll number and entry session. 
  8. The GNDU GMET Merit List PDF will open.
  9. Download the merit list for future use.

Details on the Merit List

The merit list contains various information regarding the examinees through which they can identify their candidature in the exam. While downloading the Merit List, students should always check these details carefully. Here are the details mentioned on the merit list listed in the order of appearance. 

  1. Merit Position.
  2. Student’s Roll Number. 
  3. Registration Number of the students. 
  4. Candidate’s Name.
  5. Candidate’s Father’s Name.
  6. Candidate’s Mother’s Name.
  7. CGPA out of 10.

How can I check my GNDU merit list?

The GNDU Merit List can be downloaded online from the examination section of the Guru Nanak Dev University official website. The candidates will have to enter their personal details for the same. 

What is the passing percentage in GNDU?

The passing marks for GNDU Post Graduate programmes is 40%. The candidates will have to achieve this score to at least clear the exam but it does not guarantee admission. 

For how long is GNDU GMET score valid?

The GNDU GMET Exam scores are valid for 1 year only. The candidates will have to take the exam again if they plan to be admitted in the next year.

The GNDU GMET Result will decide the admission of the candidate in the year of application. The admission process involves three stages evaluation, result declaration and a counselling process for admission. The GNDU GMET Merit List is released precisely after the declaration of results.
