Super Priority Visa Application Restrictions
All visa applicants are eligible to apply for the Super Priority Visa. However, applicants who are applying for a visa to visit British Overseas Territories, Crown Dependencies, ECAA, EUSS, EEA, British National Overseas (BNO), and Crown Dependencies are not eligible. Moreover, applicants coming under the below categories may not be eligible for a Super priority visa.
- been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or;
- been deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or;
- been refused a visa for the UK, and/or;
- overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or;
- been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or;
- had leave to remain in the UK curtailed by the Home Office, and/or;
- you have been interviewed, detained, or prosecuted by the police for any offense in the UK or elsewhere, and/or;
- been refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States of America, or the Schengen countries, and/or;
- you have committed a criminal offense in any country, and/or;
- you have an unspent criminal conviction in any country, and/or;
- Requirement to check or gather further information to complete your visa application.
In such circumstances, the UKVI may not process the Super priority visa application. The additional fees the applicant has paid will not be refunded either.
Super Priority Visa UK Fees
The Super Priority visa UK fees vary depending on whether an individual is applying for the Super Priority visa or a family. The fees are as follows:
