B-MAT Exam Pattern 2023: The Bharati Vidyapeeth Management Aptitude Test (B-MAT) is a university-level entrance test which is conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. This entrance test is conducted for admissions to its postgraduate programs such as Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) and Masters of Hospital Administration (MHA). The BMAT 2023 is scheduled to take place on April 9th, 2023. The last date to apply for BMAT is March 30th, 2023.

B-MAT Exam Pattern 

The Bharati Vidyapeeth Management Aptitude Test (B-MAT) is an online entrance test (computer-based test) which is conducted for 2 hours and 30 mins. It is an objective type exam which consists of multiple choice questions (MCQs) only. It is divided into four sections such as numerical ability, management skills, logical reasoning and verbal ability & reading comprehension.

B-MAT Exam Marking Scheme 2023

The students appearing for the Bharati Vidyapeeth Management Aptitude Test (B-MAT) can refer to the marking scheme given below: 

• For every correct answer, one mark will be awarded.
• No marks will be awarded or deducted for any wrong answer.
• No marks will be granted or reduced for unanswered questions. 

Stages of B-MAT Exam

Written Exam

The written exam of Bharati Vidyapeeth Management Aptitude Test (B-MAT) is conducted in online mode for a duration of 2 hours 30 mins. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions and is divided into four sections. A total of 200 questions will be asked, each question will carry 1 mark. There is no negative marking. 

Counselling Process

The candidates who are qualified in the written test have to register themselves for the counselling process round. The candidates are supposed to bring their documents which have been prescribed by the university. The purpose of the counselling session is to provide the candidates with more information about the management program, and the admission process, and to address any queries or concerns that the candidates may have. 

A document verification process is also done in the counselling session. Candidates are supposed to bring the following documents with them at the time of the counselling session: 

• Statement of marks 
• Degree certificate (last qualifying exam)
• Migration certificate from the university from which the student has passed the last examination (other than Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University)
• Transfer certificate
• Castes certificates (if applicable)
• Change in name certificate (if applicable)
• Demand Draft of the fees 
• 5 passport-size photographs (recent and coloured)
