After completing your bond, you can explore two main paths, either continue in the core field (automotive, plastics, R&D roles) or shift towards higher studies like M.Tech/MBA or even MS abroad if you’re interested in specialising further. Try to identify what you enjoy more—technical work or management side, and align your next step accordingly. Also, start building skills or certifications alongside your job to stay ahead. Hi Mohit, thanks for the advice. Currently, with my limited exposure and experience (around one year now), I have deduced that i can be good at managing technical or business projects rather than being a solely technical person. I did my research and came across MIM courses, I think that it aligns with my goals and interests. Will be interested to know your thoughts on this.
