Hi Avneet, first of all, it’s a great start, you’re already working in an OEM in a core role, which gives you solid industry exposure early on. Since you’re in a 2-year bond, my honest suggestion would be to use this time smartly to build strong practical skills in product development, materials, and manufacturing processes, as this experience will really add value to your profile. After completing your bond, you can explore two main paths, either continue in the core field (automotive, plastics, R&D roles) or shift towards higher studies like M.Tech/MBA or even MS abroad if you’re interested in specialising further. Try to identify what you enjoy more—technical work or management side, and align your next step accordingly. Also, start building skills or certifications alongside your job to stay ahead. What kind of career path are you leaning towards right now - core technical or management?
