Hi Rutuja. First of all, let me congratulate you on completing Class 11th. That's such a big deal. Another thing I want to congratulate you on is knowing exactly what you want to pursue in your bachelor's. Incredible on all fronts!
You basically have two options to pursue computer science with business studies. There are Double Major courses (you get a single degree) and Dual Degree courses (you get two degrees). Keep in mind that while in a Double Major course, you will need to complete credits for a single degree, it will be double the credits (and hence double the effort) in a Dual Degree course.
Both of these types of courses are available in many universities across the USA and the UK, both countries are great choices for their own reasons. US for top universities and flexible education system, UK for quality education and shorter degrees. You can look for options in Singapore and Germany as well.
For scholarships, maintain good academics and get some extracurricular activities on your profile. Is there any particular course or country that you find more suitable for you? Or any particular course that you are interested in? Let me know.

Your academics will matter the most in your profile. It's not like you can't get admission with an average score, it's just that having good marks will make it easier to get in to the top universities, plus improve your chances of qualifying for a scholarship. Keep in mind that universities prefer a well-rounded profile so having experience of some extra curricular activities wouldn't hurt. Apart from that, think long and hard about why you want to pursue this particular course. Once you have your reasons clear, write them down then formalise it as a part of your SOP. Also talk to your teachers for any LORs that you can arrange. Apart from that, you may also want to start preparation for any entrance exams and English Language Tests that you may have to sit through.
