Hello Hansh, it's great to hear from you.

Finding a country or university for a Bachelor's in Computer Science that offers a high-quality education like the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) but is also affordable can be challenging. However, there are several countries and universities that offer good computer science programs at a reasonable cost.

Germany: Germany is known for its excellent education system and relatively low tuition fees, especially for international students. Many German universities offer computer science programs in English, and they often admit students based on their academic performance rather than extracurricular activities. Look into universities like Technische Universität München (Technical University of Munich) or Universität Stuttgart.

Netherlands: Dutch universities also offer high-quality education in English and typically focus more on academic achievements than extracurriculars. You can consider the University of Amsterdam or Delft University of Technology.

Canada: Canada has some well-regarded universities with strong computer science programs, and they often admit students based on their academic records. While tuition fees in Canada can be higher than in some other countries, there are scholarships to study ion Canada and financial aid opportunities available. Check out the University of Toronto, the University of British Columbia, or the University of Waterloo.

Australia: Australian universities offer diverse computer science programs, and they often consider academic performance for admission. While living costs can be high, there are scholarships and part-time work opportunities for international students. The University of Melbourne and the University of Sydney are reputable options.

Taiwan: If you're open to studying in Asia, Taiwan offers high-quality education, especially in technology-related fields. National Taiwan University and National Tsing Hua University have strong computer science programs and may admit students based on academic achievements.

South Korea: South Korea is another Asian country with a growing reputation in education. Universities like Seoul National University and KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) offer computer science programs in English.

Austria: Austrian universities offer low tuition fees and high-quality education. The University of Vienna and Vienna University of Technology are good options to consider.

Remember that scholarships and financial aid may be available in most of these countries, so be sure to research and apply for those opportunities as well. Additionally, always check the specific admission requirements for each university you're interested in, as they can vary. Your academic achievements will be a key factor in the admission process, but you may still need to meet minimum language proficiency requirements (e.g., TOEFL or IELTS scores) and fulfil other prerequisites depending on the university and country.
