University of Exeter also takes admission for January intake. Does anyone know if we get offer letter for September intake but due to some reasons if we want to postpone it for January and we pay the deposit amount to secure the seat. Does that possible? Is it possible to take admission for January intake on the basis of September's offer?

Yes, usually the university can defer your admission to January but you need to contact them via mail and confirm it because it's upto them and provide them with a valid reason for them to consider.
