Study in UK: Deadline Approaching for Cardiff University UG International Excellence Scholarships 2024 

The Cardiff University Undergraduate International Excellence Scholarship is available to undergraduate students enrolling at the University. Only full-time students demonstrating academic excellence will receive the scholarship amount. Several half-fee scholarships are available to students. The scholarship deadline is on  5 April 2024. The deadline for the scholarship acceptance is 2 weeks after award allocation. Students must meet the offer conditions by 20 August 2024. Cardiff University ranks 124th in the world. Undergraduate International Excellence Scholarships Eligibility 

The Cardiff University Undergraduate International Excellence Scholarship eligibility criteria are as follows:

• Must be classified as an international student for the tuition fee purpose 
• Applicants must self-finance and ensure they have not received any repayable funding from an alternative source.
• Moreover, the student must hold an offer letter from an eligible undergraduate degree program starting in Autumn 2024 
• Additionally, the student must also have achieved a minimum of  AAB at A-level or equivalent qualification
• Applicants must submit the scholarship application by the deadline, which is April 5th, 2024.
• The applicant must also meet all the entry requirements for the selected course. This includes meeting the English language proficiency requirements as per the UCAS deadline
• Conditional offer letter receivers must confirm Cardiff University as their firm choice by the UCAS deadline. Students must meet the English language requirements by s, by 20 August 2024
• The Unconditional offer letter holders must confirm Cardiff University as their firm choice by the UCAS deadline.

Undergraduate International Excellence Scholarships Application Process

Cardiff University invites international students who hold an offer letter to study an eligible undergraduate program to complete an application form. An email invitation is sent to them, and the application form must be submitted by April 5, 2024.

Some of the eligible programmes for the Undergraduate International Excellence Scholarships are BSc Accounting, BSc Biochemistry (3 years), BSc Applied Software Engineering, BEng Architectural Engineering, BA Journalism and Communications, BScEcon International Relations, Master of Optometry, BSc Criminology, among others. 

The application form will include questions such as the reasons for studying at the university, reasons for choosing the programme of study, explaining significant achievements in the student life or the working career, and  steps the applicant will take to spread the word about Cardiff University as a study destination
