Q- Have a look at the given image and describe it in your own words.

Ans: The picture, showcasing individuals from different birth cohorts, highlights the varying levels of economic inactivity across generations.

The image details different birth cohorts, including the Federation (1901), the war generation (1925-1946),  the baby boomers (1946-1964) followed by Gen X,Y and Z.

It can be clearly seen that the economic inactivity was the highest during the Gen Z cohort era whilst the minimum economic inactivity was witnessed during the Federation birth cohort which accounted for just 9.4 years.

Based on the historical trend of economic inactivity, the data suggests a potential rise in inactivity following the Gen Z cohort.
