PEO International Peace Scholarship
The PEO International Peace Scholarship (IPS) is a scholarship available to women from other countries. The scholarships aim to assist these students to complete their graduate studies in the USA or Canada. The maximum scholarship amount provided for the purpose is USD 12500. This is a need-based scholarship. That is, the award is only given if you have demonstrated financial need.
Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for the PEO scholarship are as follows:
- You must be a woman, and a national of a country other than Canada or the USA.
- You want to complete your graduate studies at an accredited university in USA or Canada
- Moreover, you must be willing to return to your home country after completion of your studies. It is expected that you will make contributions to create a positive impact in your community.
- You also need to have a full year of remaining coursework.
