The full form of PGDM is a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. It is generally a two-year full-time programme offered at various universities and colleges in India. This course is divided into four to six semesters depending on the institution. Institutions that offer PGDM courses are approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). These institutions provide PGDM training under the HRD Ministry of the Government of India. The course topics of PGDM are similar to the MBA program. The only difference is that the MBA program offers a degree while PGDM is a diploma course.
