2. Competition Commission of India Reviews Pricing Practices of Major Steel Companies Following Antitrust Investigation Covering 2015 to 2023 Period.
Competition Commission of India examined pricing conduct of Tata Steel, JSW Steel, SAIL and others. An October 6 order assessed compliance with competition law during 2015–2023, involving 56 senior executives.
