IAS Training at LBSNAA
The IAS Training Period at LBSNAA is 2 years. It is the first step towards making an IAS officer. Aspirants must complete this productive training. They get training to work in difficult situations before joining the most decorated civil services job. There are different phases of this two-year training, that we have mentioned below.

LBSNAA Life and Daily Routine of IAS Cadets
Aspirants spend a big part of their training out of LBSNAA. Here, we will talk about the daily routine of Civil Services Cadets at LBSNAA.
- At 6:00 AM, the day of IAS cadets starts with a session of exercise or 6 to 10 KM jog at the Polo Ground for an hour.
- IAS training officers get an hour after the exercise session to get ready. At sharp 8:00 AM, they can have their breakfast.
- From 9:00 AM, they have classes commencing that last for 55 minutes each. During training, they need to attend 5 to 6 classes daily with the same duration.
- At 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, They take part in sports and riding activities.
- If there is any cultural programme, then they need to attend that session before dinner.
- 8:00 PM every day, they have their dinner.
- After dinner, the trainees are free to mingle with one another and also review their lessons and prepare for the next day’s sessions.
The training consumes around 14 to 16 hours of activity daily and 80 hours in a week.

IAS Trainee Salary
Now, many of you want to know the salary of IAS officer during training. The IAS trainee get a salary of INR 56,100 per month. However, they get INR 35,000 to 40,000 in hand per month due to some deductions such as mess and hotel fees.
