New reforms says it will be a criminal offence to coerce someone into breaching their visa conditions
As per s235 of the Migration Act, migrants can expose exploitative employers without any fear.
Around 39,460 visas were granted by Australian authorities as of 31 March.
New measure will allow workers on student visas to work more than 40 hours a fortnight without losing their visas.
