Study Abroad: Officials Have Started Working on the Student Accommodation Project of GBP 19.9 Million
Officials stated that they have started working on the new brand-new purpose-built student accommodation within Dundee.
Officials have granted permission for the development of 152 studio flats, including modern and high-quality amenities.
The project is estimated to be completed by the 2024/25 academic year.
Dundee has over 17,000 students, and the number has increased by 22% over the last few years.
As a result, the availability of high-quality accommodation has decreased and the official took the initiative to build this enormous student accommodation project.
