New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) commenced on February 9, 1885, was established under the influence of an act which was introduced in the year 1880 and receive sponsorship by The Newark Board of Trade. The university which started with only 88 students went on to become a center of excellent educational institutions in the coming years. The university is constructed in the largest city of New Jersey, Newark and the infrastructure is sprawling and breathtaking.
