- Some foreign national travellers who were previously allowed to enter Canada without being completely vaccinated will now be obliged to be fully vaccinated as of January 15, 2022, 00:01 (EST). Changes will also be made to testing and quarantine exemptions for certain travellers entering Canada, regardless of citizenship.
