Ans<\/strong>. I remember the time when I faced my fear of public speaking. It was in high school when I had to give a speech at the farewell ceremony. Public speaking has always terrified me; the thought of standing in front of a large audience gives me nerves. To prepare for it, I practised my speech multiple times in front of the mirror and then in front of my family. Despite my fears, I knew this was an important moment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the day of the ceremony, my hands were shaking and with my heart racing, I started to speak. I focused on my words and gradually started feeling more confident. The supportive smiles from the audience helped ease my anxiety. By the end of the speech, I felt a sense of accomplishment. Facing this fear taught me that preparation and perseverance can help overcome even the most daunting challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following your experience with public speaking, how do you feel about speaking in front of an audience now, and have you had any opportunities to do it again?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ans<\/strong>. Since that experience, I feel much more confident speaking in front of an audience. I have had several opportunities to give presentations and speeches, both in college and at work. Each time, it gets a little easier, and I now see it as a valuable skill rather than something to fear. Just like someone has said, \u201cYou are nervous because you haven\u2019t practised it enough, it’s pretty hard for people to feel anxious if they are doing it for the 100th time\u201d. Now, I welcome every chance to speak in public, knowing each time I get better and stronger.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
