Abroad: Work Visa Rules for New Zealand Accredited Employers Modified"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>From 26th June 2024 onwards, people who are holding an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) in roles at Australia and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) levels 4 and 5 without a pathway to residency will no longer be able to support work, visitor or student visa applications for their partners and dependent children.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blush-light-purple-gradient-background has-background\"><strong>Know About COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence) Canada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, partners and dependent children will still be able to apply for a visa in their own right to come to New Zealand such as an Accredited Employer Work Visa or an international student visa, provided they meet the requirements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blush-light-purple-gradient-background has-background\"><a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/learn\/study-abroad-three-new-british-columbia-pnp-streams-for-international-students-news-2024-06\/\"><strong>Three New British Columbia PNP Streams for International Students<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This change will not impact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>People who already hold visas as a partner or dependent child<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AEWV holders working in ANZSCO level 4 and 5 roles with a pathway to residency such as the Green List, sector agreements with residence pathways<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those earning at least 1.5 times the median wage threshold for the skilled migrant category<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have an Accredited Employer Work Visa they may be able to support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A work visa for their partner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A visitor visa for their partner or their children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A student visa for their children<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img  decoding=\"async\" ><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The type of visa the candidates can support for their partner and dependent child will depend on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If their job is on the Green List and and they meet the Green List requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How much they are earning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations skill level of their occupation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If anyone has supported a visa for their family before June 26, 2024, their job does not need to meet the ANZSCO skill level requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more <a
