This could mean turning off work-related- notifications after work hours or dedicating specific times for relaxation and hobbies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also includes prioritizing tasks and learning to say no to unnecessary commitments. In addition to this, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with the help of regular exercise and a balanced diet also contributes to better stress management. Achieving a work-life balance is not an overnight thing, but it is a lifestyle that one chooses from the choices they make every day. These choices can include things that promote overall well-being and productivity. It requires building a proper routine for yourself and allotting time for every task.
