Would you prefer to work from home or in an office, and why?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ans<\/strong>: Due to the advancement in technology, working from home is considered a viable option for many people like me.&nbsp; It offers unparalleled flexibility, which allows people to customise their work schedule according to their commitments, thereby helping people promote a healthy work-life balance. In addition to this, it helps in reducing stress and even contributes to a greener environment by reducing the carbon emissions caused by the vehicles which are needed to physically report to the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, telecommuting can lead to feelings of isolation that happen because of a lack of face-to-face interaction. Without the structure and social interaction of a traditional office environment, one may even struggle to stay focused and productive.
