        • You should have graduated with either Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, or Doctoral degree qualification. The subject or course field is not relevant, you could have done your education in any stream, and it will not be a problem to get a visa, but it should be registered with CRICOS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • With any level of qualification you have, you should have a minimum of two years of study in Australia<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Students who have pursued a diploma are not eligible for a post-study work visa<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The course that you have pursued should have been completed in no less than 16 months. If you have graduated and post that in a diploma program, only the time sent on graduation will be considered for visa eligibility and not the time spent on the diploma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If the course was of 1.5 years and you have taken 2 years to complete. Still, 1.5  years of duration would only be considered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You will only be eligible for the post-study work visa to Australia, if you have received your student visa post 5th November 2011<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You must be younger than 50 years of age for visa subclass 485 and below 31 years for visa subclass 476<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
