The scholarship is open to postgraduate taught master\u2019s students applying for Septemeber entry at the University. Under this scholarship, a total of 15 scholarships worth \u00a34,000\u00a0 are available for the selected students. The subject areas eligible for the scholarship are Engineering and Physical Sciences, Medical and Dental Sciences,\u00a0 Social Sciences, and\u00a0 Arts and Law. The scholarship is awarded based on the academic merit and the statement of purpose of the students.. (Those who have received a full scholarship can request a refund after enrollment)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additionally, the applicant must have sufficient money to cover the cost of living at the University and any other additional expenses. For example, the cost of traveling, visa costs, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The student must also submit the scholarship application after accepting the offer letter by the deadline\u00a0 and commence their studies in September 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moreover, the student must pay the net tuition fees for the 1st year by November 1\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-india-chancellor-s-scholarship-additional-conditions\"><span id=\"india-chancellors-scholarship-additional-conditions\">India Chancellor\u2019s Scholarship Additional Conditions<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The University of Birmingham India India Chancellor\u2019s Scholarship additional scholarship conditions are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The scholarship beneficiaries must complete the online registration and  \u2018Normally Register\u2019 by 3 October. Otherwise, the university will withdraw the award<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the student withdraws from the course, the scholarship will also be fully withdrawn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Similarly, if the student defers from the program start date to September 2024, the student will not be eligible for the scholarship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distance learning courses, undergraduate programs, and postgraduate programs ( MPhil, MRes, MMus,\u00a0 MLit, MBChB, MEng, MSci, and MPharm ) are not eligible. similarly, students enrolling in PGDip and PGCert are not eligible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In accepting the scholarship, the student is expected to support the university for a reasonable period. They will select students based on their academic performance and SOP.
