Use details and examples to explain your answer.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ans: <\/strong>I agree with the statement that parents who do not exercise regularly should start doing so to be good role models for their children. Regular exercise plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When parents engage in regular exercise, they are conveying to their children the importance of fitness maintenance. For example, a parent who makes a point to engage in daily jogging is not only taking care of their health but also imparting the values of consistency and discipline to their children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, regular exercise can provide an opportunity for parents and children to spend quality time together. Hence, parents need to exercise regularly as it can serve as a great role model for their children, instilling in them the importance of prioritising and maintaining good health. This is why I firmly believe that parents should consider incorporating exercise into their routines.
