The scholarship covers the entire tuition fees for the students who have received applied to the university for an eligible program. Some of the eligible programs include Environmental Studies; Education, Health, Arts, Media, Performance &amp; Design. A total of 20 scholarships are available for 4 years ($45,000x 4). York University ranks 353 in the world. Hence, it is an excellent university to study abroad. Note: the scholarship is only available to Bachelor\u2019s students. The scholarship deadline is on 1 February 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-york-university-president-s-international-scholarship-of-excellence-eligibility-nbsp\"><span id=\"york-university-presidents-international-scholarship-of-excellence-eligibility\">York University President\u2019s International Scholarship Of Excellence Eligibility&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The York University Presidents International Scholarship eligibility requirements are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be an international student who has applied to an eligible undergraduate program at the university. For example, Lassonde School of Engineering, Schulich School of Business, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additionally, the applicant must have received a study permit to study in Canada and must have applied to the university directly after high school. A gap of more than 2 years is not acceptable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The applicant must have provided a minimum \u201cA\u201d grade or equivalent. Additionally, he\/she must demonstrate leadership qualities through community service or excellence in sports, arts, or other similar areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moreover, the student has to be nominated by their high school. For this purpose, the student must speak to the academic advisor\/principal\/administrator of their respective school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, the information has to be provided in the application form. For example, details such as the name of the nominator, position, and email address.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The completed application form has to be submitted before the deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The applicants with the highest academic standing, and demonstrated leadership skills are selected for the scholarship. The beneficiaries must have a high academic standing each year to renew the scholarship.
