1. To begin with, it is open to all international students, excluding citizens, permanent residents, or visa holders of New Zealand or Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Bi-annual awarding of up to 50 scholarships, depending on whether the candidate is starting studies in Semester 1 or Semester 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Valued at up to 10,000 NZD for both postgraduate and undergraduate study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Payments under this Scholarship are tax-free when used for costs associated with the awardee\u2019s program of study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications are open to all international students who are neither citizens nor permanent residents of New Zealand or Australia. In addition to this criterion, international students must meet the following eligibility requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Begin an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at the University of Auckland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Be a new full-fee paying international student with an unconditional offer, or an English Language Academy (ELA) student with a conditional offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Moreover, be enrolled in PGDip, a Master\u2019s program of 120 points or more, or an undergraduate degree with overseas secondary or post-secondary qualifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Attain an academic GPE score of 6.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Enrol as an \u2018on-campus\u2019 student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Meet the minimum English language proficiency requirement (e.g., IELTS 6.0 for undergraduate, 6.5 for postgraduate).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. For this scholarship, they consider students studying online due to COVID-19 border restrictions as \u201con-campus.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
