Applications to Open Soon!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The British Council is launching Women in STEM Scholarships for the fourth year (2024-25) The institution has partnered with 21 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=OeX4EZeOMn0\"><strong>UK universities <\/strong><\/a>with the aim of benefiting women from South Asia, East Asia, Central Asia, the Americas, among others. Interested students with a background in STEM with financial need are encouraged to apply. The scholarship is meant for women researchers. The STEM scholarship applications will start in early 2024 for the academic year 2024-25. For example, India, Nepal, Cambodia, Indonesia, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The student must be willing to undertake research activities during the placement period and must have a plan for the same.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate&nbsp; future contribution to socio economic development and capacity building after returning to the home country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additionally, the student must demonstrate plan and passion to engage other women in STEM in the home county&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moreover, applicants have to agree that their personal data will be shared with the British council for bursaries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-british-council-women-in-stem-scholarship-benefits-nbsp\"><span id=\"british-council-women-in-stem-scholarship-benefits\">British Council Women in STEM Scholarship Benefits&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The main benefits of British Council Women in STEM scholarships are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The scholarship will bring academic prestige to the students as the UK universities are the world leaders in the STEM subjects&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The scholarship will cover the tuition fees, travel expenses, visa, and health expenses of the student.
