Q- Describe a habit your friend has and you want to develop.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ans:<\/strong> A common adage says, \u201cYou are the average of the people you surround yourself with.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019d like to inculcate the work ethic of one of my closest friends, Monika. The sheer dedication and diligence with which she works deserves to be recognised. I wish I had that degree of dedication to my professional work, which is why I\u2019ve always maintained her in my friend circle.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That being said, in hindsight when I think about it, Monika has had a huge influence on my life and I\u2019d like to reinstate her impact on my perception of dedication and perseverance. She is the one person in my life who taught me that being talented or a natural does not guarantee success. To be truly successful, one must have an insatiable desire for more. To pave the route for success, one must always give their best. She taught me that in the end, obsession always triumphs over talent. No matter how talented you are, if you do not have the determination to work hard for your dreams, they will remain just that: dreams. To make dreams a reality, one must instil the virtues of determination, tenacity, diligence, and the sheer willingness to work hard in order to climb the success ladder.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monika, in addition to being dedicated and hardworking, possesses another outstanding quality: self-discipline. She is one of the most disciplined people I have ever met. This is one of her qualities that I hope to emulate in my own life. I recall her coming into the office and making a schedule for the day.\u00a0 She used to stick to a rigid schedule during the day, and as a result, she was always able to accomplish chores ahead of the submission deadline. Her discipline has enabled her to make the most consistent and dedicated efforts. One cannot, in my opinion, strive for success if there is no discipline or sense of order.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essentially, I want to instil the values of discipline, dedication, perseverance, and tenacity. These characteristics can help one reach his goals not just in professional life, but also in personal life. Whatever quagmire one may find himself in, if there is success and desire to win, success is guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
