Include details and examples to support your explanation.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ans:<\/strong> I definitely prefer to limit my news consumption to occasional periods, and I have two main reasons for this choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First and foremost, excessive exposure to daily news broadcasts tends to trigger significant anxiety in me. For instance, when I hear about ongoing conflicts or disasters day after day, it can lead to a deep sense of melancholy, making it considerably more challenging to function effectively in my everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondly, I believe that tuning in to the news on a daily basis can be a wasteful use of time. Devoting an hour each day to watching news broadcasts can leave me with insufficient time for more vital activities.
