The support will ensure less financial pressure on students so that they choose <strong>medical courses<\/strong> that could benefit NHS in the <a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/study-locations\/study-in-uk\/\"><strong>UK<\/strong><\/a>. All the changes in the support scheme are under implementation from the 1st of September 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NHS Long Term Workforce Plan introduced all of this, incorporating improved education and training for students. The government also declared its support for more students from low-income families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the government has increased the income threshold for parental or guardian earnings that qualify students for support from \u00a324,279 to \u00a326,076. Furthermore, a funding of over \u00a32.4 billion backs this plan. Also, it will continue for the next 5 years as Healthcare is in the top 5 priorities of the government during this time.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The idea is to train more staff exceptionally as well as retain them as professionals for the country. Furthermore, the training places for undergraduate <strong>medical schools<\/strong> are planned to double up to&nbsp; 15,000 a year by 2031.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government with the General Medical Council will also create new medical schools to incorporate the trainees.
