William States Lee College of Engineering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At UNG Charlotte’s William States Lee College of Engineering, students receive training to be job-ready. The school has long-standing relationships with more than 200 industry organisations. Ranging in size from large and mid-sized to start-ups, all of which have a global presence. They make sure students have the opportunity to network and maybe get future careers with industry partners after graduation through everything from research projects and internships to seminar presentations and course instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Energy. Production and Infrastructure Centre (EPIC), the Centre for Precision Metrology (GPM), the North Carolina Battery Complexity, Autonomous Vehicle and Electrification Research Centre (BATT CAVE), and the Centre for Advanced Multimodal Mobility Solutions and Education all offer graduate positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alumni of the Cockrell School of Engineering hold a variety of prominent positions. From the former Senior Vice President of Apple to the former US Secretary of State. The College of Engineering at the University of Washington<\/strong> is placed #25 in US News and World Report’s list of the top engineering schools. For instance, the #1 startup generator for any UW department is the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
