Additionally, Penn State ranked No. 8 nationwide. Also among public colleges and No. 4 among Big Ten schools out of 199 U.S. institutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/universities\/pennsylvania-state-university-penn-state\/\"><strong>Penn State<\/strong><\/a> improved from No. 26 last year to No. 24 among all American colleges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Roger Brindley, vice provost at Penn State Global, the Academic Ranking of World Universities, the Times Higher Education rankings, and the QS rankings are the three most reputable worldwide university ranking systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the new factors that QS included for the 2024 rankings\u2014the worldwide research network, sustainability, and employment outcomes\u2014Penn State performed exceptionally well. Due to the strength of its global research network.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penn State\u2019s efforts in sustainability placed it at No. 52 worldwide among those ranked by QS.
