Indian students will now have the opportunity to pursue their studies both at home and in Australia. This was only possible through a groundbreaking collaboration between the University of Melbourne<\/strong><\/a> (UoM) and Shoolini University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This innovative dual degree begins with undergraduate studies in Science. It provides Indian students with additional pathways to access a world-class curriculum and gain an international education experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shoolini University has joined hands with the University of Melbourne, which holds the top spot in Australia and ranks 34th worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bachelor of Science Advanced established(Honours) is the new dual degree program. Indian students will spend two years at Shoolini University followed by two years at the prestigious University of Melbourne.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the third and fourth years, students can choose from a diverse range of multidisciplinary majors. This includes Agriculture, Sustainability and Environment, Biosciences, and Computer Sciences, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, eligible students will have the option to stay an additional year to complete a Master\u2019s degree at the University of Melbourne. Upon completion of their studies in Australia, students will also have the opportunity to apply for post-study work rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dual Degree Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The curriculum of the program has been created to align with the world-class standards of the University of Melbourne. Furthermore, Shoolini University academics will visit Melbourne for practical training, fostering greater knowledge exchange between the two institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership was officially established during a meeting with a delegation from Shoolini University. The meeting was led by Vice-Chancellor Professor and senior executives from the University of Melbourne, including Deputy Vice-Chancellor Global, Culture and Engagement, Professor Michael Wesley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Wesley emphasized the agreement\u2019s significance in providing high-achieving Indian students with a truly global education. He also says that this partnership marked the UoM\u2019s fourth dual-degree collaboration with an Indian university. However, it is 1st with a private institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The University of Melbourne remains committed to establishing long-term partnerships with esteemed Indian universities. It contributes to capacity building and shaping international education together. This collaboration with Shoolini University aims to connect Indian students with UoM\u2019s extensive network of half a million global alumni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
