The NGPA grants a total of $500,000 (INR 4,12,26,050) in scholarship funds to celebrate its 25th-year anniversary in supporting the <strong>LGBTQ community.<\/strong> The scholarships are provided irrespective of a person\u2019s identity, sexual orientation, or gender expression. Interested applicants have to provide proof of their contribution to the LGBTQ community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Miriam Williams, the chairperson of the GPA Scholarship Committee has encouraged applications from aspiring aviation professionals. According to her, the <strong>scholarship program<\/strong> is the most substantive way NGPA can give back to its membership. NGPA is based in MInneapolis and comprises of LGBTQ+ professionals. The aim of the organization is to encourage individuals to start their aviation careers and develop an environment of equality for LQBTQ+ community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NGPA 2023 scholarships have been possible due to contributions from industry partners and membership donations. Justin Ellixson-Andrews, NGPA executive director, has expressed gratitude to United Airlines Aviate Academy\u2019s support.
