As per the programme, a former scholarship holder can come back to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/study-locations\/study-in-germany\/\">Germany<\/a><\/strong> to pursue research or any working project for a period of 1 to 3 months. The programme will fund the beneficiary\u2019s research and working projects held at state or state recognised higher education institutions. However, it is only available to students who are working outside the science sector.\u00a0 Additionally, research or working visits can take place in several host institutions. Applicants can claim the program funding only once every 3 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"types-of-re-invitation-programme-for-the-former-daad-scholarship-holders\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types of Re-invitation Programme for the Former DAAD scholarship Holders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The DAAD holds two types of re-invitation programs for former scholarship holders.They are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A re-invitation programme available for former <strong>scholarship holders<\/strong> in general.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A re-invitation programme held specifically for development related postgraduate courses.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"re-invitation-programme-eligibility-requirements\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Re-invitation Programme Eligibility Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To take part in the re- invitation programme held for the former scholarship holders applicants need to fulfill the following requirements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must have received the grants\/<strong>study<\/strong> scholarships that were funded from the Federal Foreign Office for a minimum of 6 months. The applicant can also be a GDR <strong>scholarship holder <\/strong>who has studied in Germany for a period of 1 year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, to qualify for the re-invitation programme held for the postgraduate related courses the applicant must have been a former DAAD scholarship holder of the \u2018Development related Postgraduate courses\u2019. Additionally, they must have completed their education successfully.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To successfully apply for the re-invitation programme an applicant must fulfill the following requirements.The applicant must not have lived in Germany for the past 3 years.
