Overall, the floorplan demonstrates the building\u2019s evolution from dedicated office space to a hybrid configuration that incorporates both residential and commercial elements.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1958, the building primarily served as an office space. The top left corner featured a meeting room, underscoring its professional atmosphere. Below it, an assistant\u2019s and secretary\u2019s office provided support for daily operations. Towards the bottom left corner, a toilet was available for convenience.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By 1985, substantial transformations had taken place. The meeting room underwent an expansion and was converted into a living room, and the offices and toilet were replaced by a spacious bathroom and shower area. Within the florist shop, the top left section was designated as a gift card room, while the bottom left corner featured an open space for flowers and a play area, indicating the integration of both commercial and leisure aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the different timeframes, the kitchen area in the top corner remained unaltered, maintaining its original design and purpose. However, changes occurred in other sections of the building. On the right side of the floorplan, a manager\u2019s office was present, indicating the administrative component of the building\u2019s function. In the present day, this space has been repurposed as an office, highlighting its continued use in a professional capacity. Additionally, a reception area was located in the bottom corner, serving as a welcoming space for visitors or clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
