In contrast, larger meals may overwhelm the digestive system, leading to inadequate breakdown and absorption of nutrients. Regular small meals provide a consistent supply of nourishment, optimizing the digestive process and maximizing nutrient utilization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular smaller meals contribute to a sustained metabolism and stable energy levels throughout the day.
