Here is all you need to know about the Oxford University Savitribai Phule Scholarship
The Somerville University of Oxford has launched a fully funded Savitribai Phule Graduate Scholarship for postgraduate students.
The scholarship was launched in response to low representation of Bahujan students among Indians studying in the UK.
The scholarship is applicable for the lower caste students (ST/SC/OBC) and the first generation postgraduate students at the University.
The Scholarship will cover the tuition fees and the living expenses of the beneficiary student.
A total of 10 courses are eligible for the scholarship. For example, MSc Economics for Development, MSc Energy Systems.
The first beneficiary of the Savitribai Phule Graduate Scholarship is Niharika Singh.
