About HCL TechBee

Students who have completed their 10+2 education are trained and hired through this work-integrated programme. The HCL TechBee Program contributes to the government’s ‘Skill India’ mission by preparing students technically and professionally for entry-level IT jobs at HCL. To become a software engineer, each student must complete a 12-month training programme.

This training programme has been launched in Noida, Lucknow, Madurai, Chennai, Nagpur, Bengaluru, Vijayawada, and Hyderabad, with over 2000 students benefiting since its inception in 2017.

Eligibility Criteria

There is no set age limit for applying to this programme. Applicants must have completed class 12 with a grade point average of 60% or higher in both class 12 and the above-mentioned subjects.

Registration Process

Candidates can only register for the HCL Techbee programme online. There are no application fees for this programme. Examine the application procedure outlined below.

• The first step is to click on the above-mentioned registration link.
• Second, register by entering your name, email address, mobile phone number, state, city, school district, date of birth, and so on.
• Third, an email with a verification link is sent to the registered email address. To fill out the application form, click the validate email button.
• 4th step: The dashboard will now appear. Select the ‘apply now’ option.
• 5th step: Enter basic information such as date of birth, gender, native language, and so on. Enter the remaining information and click the ‘next’ button.
• 6th step: Enter your family information, address information, and educational qualifications.
• Step 7: Finally, upload the images and documents.
• Finally, agree to the declaration and submit the form. The application number is generated after submission.

Selection Process

Interested students who want to be a part of the programme must take the HCL SAT online test, which includes quantitative, logical reasoning, and language abilities. Students from all over India who completed their class XII in 2019 or 2020 are eligible to take the test, and they can easily register online.

• Candidates who are eligible will be invited to take the HCL SAT exam.
• After passing the entrance exam, candidates meet with the HCL selection committee in person.
• After passing the interview, candidates begin a one-year prestigious TechBee Training Program. After successfully completing the training programme, these candidates are assigned to HCL.

The fees and duration of the HCL TechBee are as follows: HCL offers the HCL TechBee programme, and the fees remain the same for all candidates across the country. The HCL TechBee programme is a 12-month course that includes a stipend of Rs 10,000 during the internship. HCL TechBee programme fees total Rs 1.18 Lakhs (including taxes).
