                Exception:<\/strong> In the case of monosyllabic words without vowels. For example, <\/em>shy will turn to shyly<\/em>, and sly will turn to slyly<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words Ending with E: <\/strong>If you come across ending with an \u2018e\u2019, then \u2018ity\u2019 <\/em>will be added as a suffix instead of \u2018ty\u2019 after omitting \u2018e\u2019. For example, <\/em>sensitive will change to sensitivity<\/em>, sentimental will change to sentimentality <\/em>and so on. On the other hand, for most monosyllabic words and other disyllabic words ending with \u2018e\u2019, you will have to use suffixes such as \u2018able\u2019 and \u2018age\u2019. For example, <\/em>words like use will change to usage, move will change to <\/em>moveable and so on.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Exceptions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Words like, manage, recharge; \u2018e\u2019 will not be removed and will be written as likeable, manageable, and rechargeable.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. The same is the case with words that will take the suffix \u2018ible\u2019. For example, <\/em>words like sense, and collapse will change to sensible<\/em> and changeable<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                     5. With suffixes such as \u2018tion\u2019 and \u2018sion\u2019, you will have to omit the last consonant and the silent \u2018e\u2019. This rule is for words ending with \u2018de\u2019 or \u2018te\u2019. For example, <\/em>words such as divide, fixate and ignite will change to division, fixation and ignition.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    6. In words, when only the silent \u2018e\u2019 has to be omitted before adding \u2018tion\u2019, you will have to add \u2018a\u2019 before the suffix. For example, <\/em>words like <\/em>converse, mechanise and admire will change to conversation, mechanisation and admiration. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    7. When adding \u2018er\u2019 and \u2018est\u2019 to the adjective, the word will become comparative and superlative degrees of comparison<\/strong><\/a>. Some monosyllabic adjectives will require you to double the final consonant before adding the suffix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
