This exam is conducted by the college board and is one of the most popular study abroad exams. It aims to identify a student\u2019s enthusiasm and inquisitive nature among other applicants to study a particular course.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAT opens a gateway of opportunities to pursue <a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/blog\/category\/bachelor\/\"><strong>undergraduate courses<\/strong><\/a> abroad. The SAT General test is based and assessed on the following criteria and subjects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/blog\/category\/mathematics\/\"><strong>Mathematics<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical Reading<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/blog\/category\/writing\/\"><strong>Writing<\/strong><\/a> Section<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The SAT subject test is divided into 5 subjects that are English, History, Science, Mathematics, and <a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/blog\/category\/language\/\"><strong>Languages<\/strong><\/a> such as <strong>Spanish<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/study-locations\/study-in-germany\/\"><strong>German<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>French<\/strong>, etc. from which a student has to choose one to showcase his or her understanding of the respective subject.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em><strong>Note* The SAT subject test was discontinued in June 2021 for international students. Anyone above the age of 13 can take this exam.
