(\u2018Forbid\u2019) is the negative verb of command.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>The most used Verbs include:<\/strong><\/td><td>Ask and tell<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Another main key point in <strong>\u2018tell\u2019<\/strong> is often used to express a \u2018command\u2019, \u2018order\u2019 or \u2018request\u2019. Therefore, it is safe to use <strong>\u2018tell\u2019<\/strong> in the indirect form when there is doubt about a proper word to introduce a reported speech.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-imperative-reported-speech-exercise-1\"><span id=\"imperative-reported-speech-exercise-1\">Imperative Reported Speech Exercise 1<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Transform the following direct speech sentences into reported speech.
