Eligibility Criteria
The ANM programme is a two-year training programme. Individual institutes may also offer the course part-time. The following are the minimum eligibility requirements for applicants interested in pursuing an ANM course.
- The ANM course requires a minimum educational background of 10+2 in Arts, Science, and English core or elective or health care science from a recognised board.
- Students passed the National Institute of Open School’s 10+2 Science or Arts exams.

- Many ANM Nursing Colleges that offer the programme accept applicants following a performance-based entry test and a Personal Interview (PI) phase in which the applicant’s general aptitude for the course is evaluated.
