In India, this problem is becoming very serious. According to the National Drug Use Survey 2024, more than 9 crore people in our country use drugs. Out of these, around 1.8 crore people are addicted, and sadly, more than 16 lakh are children under the age of 18. Most young users begin between the ages of 15 to 25 years, which is the most important time for study and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many reasons why people start using drugs. Some take drugs because of peer pressure they want to fit in with their friends. Others take drugs due to family problems, stress, or sadness. Some think drugs will help them feel better or forget their worries. But this is not true. Drugs only make life worse, not better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
