Wisdom, on the other hand, is the ability to make the right decisions using knowledge, understanding, and experience. A wise person thinks deeply, understands others, and chooses what is right even in difficult times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You might wonder – how are humour and wisdom connected? Let me explain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Humour makes us emotionally strong. According to studies by psychologists, laughing reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and improves our mental health. It also improves our relationships by bringing people closer. But if humour is used without care, it can hurt others. That\u2019s where wisdom becomes important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
