Between 600 BCE and 1000 CE, the Middle Indo-Aryan languages developed, including Prakrit, Pali, and Apabhramsa. Languages like Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Nepali, and so on started forming around 1100 CE, which were part of the New Indo-Aryan language.
