Listening to rain with a warm cup of tea in my hand is just such bliss. I could just sit at my window all day long glancing at the rain, listening to its sound, and sipping on my tea. The earthy smell that rain brings with itself, I love it. It makes me feel like I am in the mountains. The freshness after the rain is another reason for me to love it. Everything just looks a lot more vibrant after rain. I wish the rainy season here could last the whole year.\u00a0

After the rain, that earthly smell of soil takes me to the mountains. Another thing that I love about rain is how beautiful it all seems after it has rained.

The colours become much more vibrant and not just that, the air becomes so much more pure. It is as if pollution has been completely removed from Delhi. I love rains, I wish the rainy season could be extended to at least 6 months.\u00a0
