Article <\/strong><\/td>Provision<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Article 13 <\/td>This stipulates that any laws that conflict with or undermine the Fundamental Rights<\/strong> shall be null and void.<\/td><\/tr>
Article 31<\/td>This Article of the Constitution guarantees the right to approach the Supreme Court for the protection of Fundamental Rights. Moreover, it also grants the Court authority to issue directives, orders, or writs for this purpose.<\/td><\/tr>
Article 131 <\/td>It outlines the Original Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Hence it concerns disputes between the central government and state governments, as well as inter-state disputes.<\/td><\/tr>
Article 132<\/td>This gives for the Appellate Jurisdiction<\/strong> of the Supreme Court in constitutional cases.<\/td><\/tr>

Article 246<\/td>It pertains to the subject matter of laws enacted by Parliament and by the State Legislatures. In addition, such as the Union List, State List, and Concurrent List<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr>
Articles 251 and Article 254 <\/td>These Articles specify that in a conflict between a Central law and a State law. The central law takes precedence over the State law, rendering the State law invalid.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>
